Fitt

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

In short: Fitt keeps your account and everything you log on its own server in Microsoft Azure in the EU. To read meals and run your coach, it sends what you log to Azure OpenAI, Microsoft's AI service. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for ads, and there is no tracking. You can delete your account and all its data in the app at any time.

Who is responsible

Fitt is made and run by Uglješa Erić, an individual developer in Serbia, who is the controller of your personal data. Contact: ugljesa.eric@gmail.com.

What Fitt collects

Fitt has no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and does not collect your location or contacts.

Why it is used

Only to run the app for you: calorie and protein targets, logging, training plans, reminders, progress, and the AI coach. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sold.

Where it is kept and who processes it

The developer can technically see the data on the server and looks at it only to run and fix the service. Server logs keep technical request details (not what you typed or said) for 30 days.

Your partner

If you link with a partner, they see only what you choose to share: streaks, training, fasting and steps. Your weight and calories are never shared. You can change this or disconnect at any time in the app.

Legal basis

Fitt processes your data to provide the service you signed up for, and processes health data and sends data to AI only with the consent you give on the notice shown before first use. This follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

How long it is kept, and deleting it

Your data is kept while you have an account. In the app, You › Profile and settings › Account › Delete account deletes your account and everything stored with it right away. Server logs expire within 30 days and Azure's automatic database backups within a day. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, take it elsewhere, or withdraw your consent (which means deleting the account, since the app depends on it). Write to the address above. You can also complain to Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Fitt is not meant for anyone under 16.
